Oklahoma National Committeeman Robert  Monroe Blair died on 15 July 2003, in Oklahoma City.  He was 92, having been born at Melbourne, Arkansas on 1 June 1911.
     Blair was a retired insurance agent.  He was a member of First Baptist Church in Bethany, Oklahoma.  A photograph is not available.  A memorial fund in his memory was established with Habitat for Humanity.  (Data from The Oklahoman, 19 July 2003.)
