No awards were given from 1985 through 1998, because there were no nominations. Awards resumed in 1999. The
body of an organization contains four kinds of bones: Wishbones,
who spend all their time hoping someone else will do the work. We
salute the above individuals and
organizations who perceived a need, shouldered the load, and struggled
the last mile. |
